February 14 - Valentine's Day
-- Cookies and snacks @ the weekly lesson/dance.
February 17- Club Night Out
-- The Arena on north 90th Street between Maple and Fort
Streets. Dance to live music. We reserved a
very large table which will be held until 8:30 P.M., so
you should plan to arrive by then. They do serve
food if you would like to eat there. The band
'Avaricious' is scheduled to begin playing at 9:30 P.M.
(We're told they are really good and play a lot of
danceable music.) There is no cover charge.
Come on out!
February 21- Club Membership Meeting and 'Fat Tuesday' @ Arthur's
-- 6:30 club meeting time, then celebrate Mardi Gras! Pizza,
king cake and beads will be provided. Feel free to
wear your Mardi Gras mask and colors.
March 10 - Club Showcase --
The OSDC Showcase will be on Saturday, March 10 at the
Bellevue Social Hall, 1308 Ft. Crook Rd. South, Bellevue,
NE. Doors open @ 7:00 P.M. Show starts @ 7:30
P.M. Great show - Appetizers - LOTS of General
dancing! If you would like to perform
in the showcase (all dances acceptable), please contact our event chairperson, Dara Gemar
at 402-415-6870. The cost is only $10 per person for
both performers and spectators!
