pm. $2 cover at the door. Directions: From Dodge Street, Turn
and go north for a block or so, turn left at Union Pacific Streamliner
Credit Union sign (that is Davenport Street). You will see the Legion
Club immediately on your left.

August 21st is the party of the month at the Legion. Wear your
Hawiian shirt, your shorts and come for some dancing
fun...snacks and decorations will be Hawiian style. Hostesses

KERI TO DO TWO CLASSES
Keri McLean of Denver will be doing a Warm-up class at The
Center.
Warm up before Mario’s work shops and avoid the foot
pain, lower back pain, arm strain associated with dancing all
day! Other benefits include strengthening your center, or
“core”...toning lean, long muscles and promoting focus for the
workshops ahead.
This is a no impact class, it is completely isotonic and
isometric ...all you need to bring is a towel, or matt, for the
floor and $5 for the class…Keri provides the resistance bands!
Keri will also do an optional Shim Sham class over the lunch
